The ml|inspector is a high resolution x-ray system dedicated to the inspection of multi-layer boards. The high level of analysis is achieved with the X-ray tube voltage of up to 100 kV. Operation via joystick simplifies use. System capabilities include identification of multi-layer board faults, inner layer misalignment, broken / interrupted tracks, bad via plating, shorts, contamination, prepreg voids and measurement of annular ring widths along within the inner layer mis-registration.
The ml|inspector xxl is a high resolution X-ray system dedicated to the inspection of oversized multi-layer boards. The capabilities and specifications are equal to the ml|inspector, except scanning area and maximum sample size.

The design lends it self to easy load and unload of big boards.
