The WS330 from Essemtec is compact yet offers a process width of up to 330mm, the use of a universal pallet for product transport enables a large variety of PCB’s to be handled. The machines are equipped with dual wave technology designed to meet the needs of contractors and manufacturers who produce small to medium volume runs of assemblies populated with both through-hole and surface mount devices.

The incorporated technologies, which include full convection pre-heating, spray fluxing and composite coated solder waves and pots for lead free application ensure an economical running machine.

The WS330-SF model includes a Spray Fluxing system complete with an automatic board detection system.
The WS330-FF model incorporates a foam fluxer.
