VectraES is the soldering solution for medium to high volume production process offering flexibility and reliability. The VectraES combines innovative technology in an accessible, ergonomic platform and provides the tools necessary to achieve a zero defect process at the lowest possible cost of ownership. Some of the items supplied as standard includes the spray fluxer, 1.2m of underside convection pre-heat, rotary chip wave, UltraFil nozzle with FloLift for air operation and a wet finger cleaning system. All major components are designed to slide out for easy maintenance. The VectraES is capable of handling lead-free with its large capacity cast iron solder pot, which helps reduce dross to a minimum.
