ATF-43 wave solder machine with finger conveyor is an in-line, dual wave-soldering machine, which handles board widths up to 400mm. Designed to meet the needs of contractors and manufacturers who produce mid to large volume runs of assemblies populated with both through-hole and surface mount devices. ATF-43 PC controlled, dual wave, lead free wave soldering machine combines Lambda and chip solder nozzles with direct drive solder pumps and finger conveyor for flexible wave soldering solution. Standard on the machine is spray fluxer with automatic board length detection and solders pot roll out unit for ease of maintenance. Options include nitrogen inerting and automatic solder bar feeder.
