The MPM Ultraflex BBP (Big Board Printer) is designed to maximise throughput for a wide variety of printing applications including back-planes and other large board formats. The board size capability is from 152mm x 102mm up to 914mm x 609mm, thickness up to 25.4mm with a weight of 32kg. A large under board clearance provides for double-sided products. The Ultraflex BBP also provides advanced board to stencil release capability for precise repeatable printing applications. Patented printing at 90° provides for print optimisation. Balanced control print head tactile sensor calculates stencil position for accurate down-stop and snap-off distances. True closed-loop feedback control adjusts and maintains pressure 5 times per second. SPC trend analysis in auto print mode is provided.
