The new Torrid Zone drying module is major enhancement to the proven Aquastorm 200 In line cleaner. Nestled into the existing machine enclosure, the unit delivers superior levels of drying power. Typical performance includes drying complex assemblies to within 0.1 gram of original dry weight. The module delivers a 44% percent reduction in exhaust requirements and a 15% decrease in power consumption when compared with conventional dryers -- providing a quick return on investment. In addition, the reduction of 1600 CFM in required exhaust volume will save users in HVAC costs and reduce power demand. The Torrid Zone module also features a direct drive blower system and a motor head that operates up to 275°F. These features translate into a reduction in maintenance requirements and MTTF. The new return conveyor path on the Aquastorm 200 Torrid Zone system is routed underneath the unit to eliminate reverse drag-out potentials
