AirFlow®-O4 system is design to clean solder frames, carriers and condensation traps where solder flux residues and other contaminants have to be removed to maintain the process parameters of the wavesoldering and reflow machines. With the three separate chambers, cleaning-, rinsing- and drying, the system is simple to operation with easy to use PLC control. The Airflow cleaning principal uses air to support the circulation of the cleaning fluid around the contaminated parts creating a scrubbing cleaning action. The aqueous based cleaning fluids provide a cost effective solution to cleaning burnt on flux and other contaminants. Special custom system sizes can be design to cater for different applications.
