The AirFlow®-03 small cleaning system is designed to clean solder frames, carriers and condensation traps where solder flux residues and other contaminants need to be removed to maintain the process parameters of the wave soldering and reflow machines. With the two separate chambers for cleaning and rinsing, the system is simple to operation with easy to use PLC control. The Airflow cleaning principal uses air to support the circulation of the cleaning fluid around the contaminated parts creating a scrubbing cleaning action. The aqueous based cleaning fluids provide a cost-effective solution to cleaning burnt on flux and other contaminants. Special custom system sizes can be designed to cater for different applications.
