Pillarhouse Topaz E is an in line modular selective soldering machine. Designed for both small and larger batches making it most suited where flexibility is of paramount importance. The Topaz E series incorporates a five axis PCB movement along with the usual conveyor transport system enabling the most comprehensive capability. The Ultrasonic fluxing system enables all commonly used fluxes to be used and provides the benefit of an atomised spray. The Topaz can be fitted with a range of soldering nozzles to meet the exact requirement. The soldering process is enhanced by the nitrogen curtain, which provides an inert atmosphere and has the added benefit of providing localised pre heat.
