Pillarhouse Jade is a flexible low cost single point selective soldering system with a large capability. Designed for the smaller batch where high flexibility is required. Jade is a semi-automatic system where the product is loaded and unloaded by an operator but the soldering process is fully automated. The Jade has an in-built solder height measurement system to help ensure the best results. The soldering process is enhanced by the use of an inert hot nitrogen curtain, which has the effect of localised pre heat thus avoiding thermal shock, and helps to prevent oxidation.
