Pillarhouse Amethyst is a high volume selective soldering system designed where rapid results are required. The Amethyst has an easy access large solder bath and a solder level monitoring system to ensure the highest quality is achieved. Up to 5 independently controlled pumps can be fitted to give precise control of the solder pumped through individual or multiple solder thimbles on the nozzle plate. A Nitrogen atmosphere is provided for the nozzles, solder bath and pumps. The top and side clamping system positively locates the PCB and assists the flatness of the product whilst the soldering process is taking place.
