The RC500 soldering robot is a PC controlled robot allowing the automation of soldering and dispensing operations. A great variety of industrial micro-soldering and dispensing tasks can be carried out quickly, with the highest quality and with repeatability. The RC500 robot from MTA is designed to either work stand alone or to be easily integrated into existing lines. All the control equipment is mounted above the robot so as not to interfere with conveyors. It can be fitted with either 3 or 4 axis and one of 11 different soldering or dispensing heads. The product can either be in fixed tooling on conveyor, rotary table or delivered by a shuttle system. The robot can supplied fully fixtured and programmed as a turn key solution.
