The fully automatic assembly machines FLX2021/FLX2031 place up to 18’000 components per hour and offers up to 300 feeders (L-Model: up to 480). The machine’s flexibility is unique, offering the possibility to run production at full speed using the inline mode but also it allows smaller runs of different batches to be simultaneously assembled in the alternate mode. The possibility to integrate up to 6 dispense heads, place components from 01005 up to 50x50 Fine Pitch, BGA, MicroBGA, Flip Chip, plus odd-shapes components make this machine the most versatile system currently available on the market.

The use of the FLX2021 / FLX2031 can be enhanced with CAD conversion software providing for fast program creation, on board dispensing, bar code readers, inventory control and management information output.
