The FLX2011 pick & place series fulfils the requirements of a high mix SMT production. It can be configured as standalone or in-line and offers extraordinary large component diversity; in its smallest stand-alone form 190 intelligent feeders and up to 310 in the largest configuration and therefore can enable production changes without downtime. The system has a wealth of integrated features, which are specifically developed for small to mid size production volumes.

The FLX2011 pick & place system is modular capable to grow with the requirements and can be expanded for higher throughput or more tape feeders at any time. The use of the FLX2011 can be enhanced with CAD conversion software providing for fast program creation, on board dispensing, bar code readers, inventory control and management information output.
