The CSM7100 is perhaps the most versatile fully automatic SMD pick and place system geared toward low volume and pre production requirements available on the market. This exceptional machine holds up to 100 electric motor driven tape or 160 stick-feeders as well as tray and tape strip feeders.
A solid Swiss design, combined with the highly sophisticated yet simple visual software, allows fast, efficient programming and operation. The software is based on the proven Essemtec assembly systems. The CSM7100 also features the same universal CAD-conversion and virtual view utilities found on the larger production machines.

The latest model CSM7100-V features a vision system with high-speed image processing software. This provides a 100% quality check of BGA and fine pitch components before placement. If missing balls or bent leads are detected, the component is returned to the tray.
