The Rommel DES 2001T is part of a family of label print and place systems, the portfolio includes the WL2001 T which has the ability of placing labels precisely and at angles at 1° increments and WL 2001 TT fitted with 2 printers is for the highest throughput. The DES 2001T is a robust yet economic mid range automatic print and label station is used for printing and attachment of labels on PCB's in a SMD line. This system is capable of printing and placing labels (usually on bare boards) from 10mm x 10mm to 50mm x 50mm at an angle of 0°or 90° with an accuracy of +/- 0.5mm. The transfer process of the label is monitored using vacuum.
