The CDS6700 is designed to dispense materials used within a wide range of applications. For example adhesive, solder paste or dam and fill dispensing are enhanced with other customer specific requirements. This demands a highly flexible machine platform where the necessary valves and dispensing technologies can be easily adapted.

To fulfil these market needs ESSEMTEC is offering a complete family of automatic dispensing machines. Either stand-alone or inline systems are available. The CDS6700 incorporates standard features such as automatic topography measurement of the PCB, automatic parameter monitoring via vision system and automatic reference mark recognition and can be individually configured to meet customers requirements.
