The QS1500S & QS DS are designed for parallel inward and outward, transfer of printed circuit board groups in a production line. The QS range enables a simple method to change from a dual line to single line and visa versa. Manufactured using a solid steel sheet construction the Rommel conveyors provide precise product handling which ensures the maximum utilisation of process lines. The design is such that in the event of a belt failure a replacement is effected within minutes without the need of any disassembly. Each Rommel conveyor is supplied complete with a control panel with keyboard and display. The width is adjustable by motor control.
