The range of turn units incorporate DS45-1S, DS45-2S, DS45-3S and DS45-4S each are designed to transport the printed circuit boards either linear through the system or turned by 90° to the left or right side or turned by 180°. Manufactured using a solid steel sheet construction the Rommel conveyors provide precise product handling which ensures the maximum utilisation of process lines. The design is such that in the event of a belt failure a replacement is effected within minutes without the need of any disassembly. Each Rommel conveyor is supplied complete with a control panel with keyboard and display. The width is adjustable by motor control.
