The LBS01, LBS03 and LBS04 are designed for automatic loading of printed circuit boards from a stack. Separation takes place using various methods including lateral clamping of the PCB’s and pickup by vacuum suction cup. Manufactured using a solid steel sheet construction the Rommel conveyors provide precise product handling which ensures the maximum utilisation of process lines. The design is such that in the event of a belt failure a replacement is effected within minutes without the need of any disassembly. Each Rommel conveyor is supplied complete with a control panel with keyboard and display. The width is adjustable by motor control.
