The Host Computer linked with Rommel systems in a production line achieves efficient change between products. Any sensitive data can be locked by supervisor or password protected. To assign a new item via the host computer basic data input including, program name or number i.e. - item code; - pitch; - starting height; - width etc.

The host computer converts this basic data into separate programs required by each of the units and then transfers the program.

After sending the data the operator can if required make fine adjustments at any single station. These final adjustments are uploaded for storage on the host computer. Under this item code, all the single programs will be stored and activated when selected
