The BM 500-3SHI is a transport conveyor with ergonomic designed work place with 3 belt segments for inspection, rework, intermediate buffering and transfer of printed circuit boards in a production line. Manufactured using a solid steel sheet construction the Rommel conveyors provide precise product handling which ensures the maximum utilisation of process lines. The design is such that in the event of a belt failure a replacement is effected within minutes without the need of any disassembly. Each Rommel conveyor is supplied complete with a control panel with keyboard and display. The width is adjustable by motor control.
