The Omron VT-RNS-pt H with its small footprint is designed to be bench mounted. This true AOI system offers a unique, colour high light system which enables accurate analyses of solder joints for both surface mount and through-hole assemblies. This system provides excellent accuracy with processing of images in full colour, even for the smallest components or the finest pitch devices and can be integrated with rework stations. It is simple to program manually using libraries or by converting CAD data. Change between products is fast and easy with the use of the fully adjustable fixture. The pt H offers full compatibility with the in-line RNS systems from Omron.
