The latest AOI in-line system for post reflow, post placement or post-print analysis where lead or lead-free solder is used. The VT-RNS provides a unique patented 3 colour full RGB inspection system which achieves a proven 3D image from 2D analysis.

User friendly software control of the Omron AOI enables the greatest reduction of false calls and more importantly skips i.e. letting a defect pass. 10-micron resolution enables accurate analysis of the finest pitch devices and chips 0402 in size.

Programs can be produced on or off line with or without CAD data. The Omron VT-RNS can be integrated with rework stations, off line programming facilities and in house networks for data storage. The feed back from this AOI system enables your process to be enhanced.
