The ndt|analyser is an ultra high resolution X-ray system equipped with a phoenix|x-ray open tube for the process control and failure analysis of large volume and/or high mass samples. The application usually incorporates process control and failure analysis of; diesel injector nozzles, cam shafts, engine management / sensor components, turbine blades (screening for micro-cracks or voids), electrical and mechanical components of fuel systems and welded seams.

Features of the Phoenix NDT Analyser include long life-time transmission tube, non-toxic beryllium-free target or tube window, up to 320 Watts target load and WINDOWS NT image processing.
