Wire Feeding Systems, to ensure highly accurate highly repeatable wire processing it is important to ensure the raw material is fed in to the processing machine in a smooth continuous way with as little resistance as possible. Our wire feeding systems have been designed to cover a wide variety of types of wire packaging as well as size of the material itself.

Wire Deposit Systems, are essential to ensure that after processing material is handled correctly to avoid the possibility of damage or contamination.

Bench-top Crimping for lower volume applications or harness finishing this is the best solution and it is important this process matches the quality and quantity of any other production.

Cable Marking Systems, can reduce harness raw material costs by avoiding the use of coloured wires, as well as helping to avoid errors by the use of specific identifier marking.

Cable Technology, includes a range of grommet and sleeving application systems as well as machines for producing twisted pairs.

Ultrasonic Metal Welding, often used for wire splicing the range includes machines for welding a wide variety of metal parts including specialist applications such a tube sealing.

Robotic Soldering & Dispensing, originally confined to soldering wires to connectors and printed circuit boards, the systems are able to process a wide variety of applications.

Encapsulating Systems, with low cost aluminium moulds, this low pressure, low temperature system can be used for moulding directly on to sensitive products.
