All calls are received at the response centre by trained staff who respond quickly with either telephone support or engineers from our network visiting your site.
The response centre co-ordinates the telephone helpline and field support to ensure that the product specialist or customer engineer deals with your call.
A service management system is in place so that the most up to the minute data relating to a support request is immediately available from the central database and the most appropriate engineers and logistics are at your disposal.
