The Zeta 633R Fully Automatic Harness Making Machine, is a multi wire feed, linear transfer design machine. With a standard 633 base machine the “R” is an output “Rail” option, that allows the machine to group wire ends together. This is a highly cost effective solution can sort wires, grouping wires ends according to their ‘destination connector housing’ this greatly simplifies subsequent manual connector housing loading. The wires are loaded in to a series of sprung clips mounted on removable aluminium rails that can be easily transported to the wire harness assembly area.
