The Zeta 633 Fully Automatic Harness Making Machine, is a multi wire feed, linear transfer design machine. It has been specifically designed to sequentially take wires from its multi wire feed system. This has an added advantage over a swivel head design, as it allows any single station to process both ends of a wire, thus avoiding duplication of stations where the same process is to be applied to both ends. With its automatic wire selector between 6 and 36 different wires can be automatically sequenced “on-the-fly”, these are then formed in to loops and transferred along a row of up to five processing stations. This allows the machine to produce complete harness sub-assemblies, with options for machine extensions for further processing.
