Specifically developed for the aircraft, railroad and construction industries, UV curing is the ultimate solution for durable abrasion resistance marking. After inkjet marking with special UV curable ink, the wire is passed through the UV curing device. Elliptical reflectors ensure uniform UV irradiation all-round. There is a special UV shutter to prevent the wire from burning when it is stationary during the process. During exposure the special ink polymerises with the surface of the wire producing an effective permanent bond. As a result marking is highly resistant to abrasions, scratches and chemical influences for the ultimate marking solution.
