Manufactured by Komax, the world's leading manufacturer of cable processing machines, the BT 700 crimping press offers a solution for the semi-automatic application of weather seals, with the accuracy and quality of a fully automatic machine.

The wire end is inserted manually by the operator, and the machine then strips the wire, applies a weather seal into the correct position, and finally crimps a terminal onto the wire.

With an integrated Crimp Force Analyser and the same seal application technology as found on Komax's well known fully automatic lead making machines, the quality and repeatability of the process is assured. The microprocessor control system uses the familiar Komax OMI user interface. The seal application set can be changed quickly and easily for short conversion times between jobs.
