The Alpha 488 Fully Automatic Crimp to Crimp Machine, specialised version of the Alpha 477.  It has been specifically designed to take wires from its dual feed system and twist them to form a crimped twisted pair.  Naturally the Alpha 488 can be configured with many different process modules allowing a variety of different operations to be carried out fully automatically.  The machine can process wires up to 6mm2 and can Crimp, Double End Seal and form a Twisted Pair. The Komax standard user interface software package Topwin allows for the integration of their range of quality that prevents incorrect production. The Alpha 488 provides the ultimate solution for high volume high quality twisted pair manufacturing.
