The Alpha 433 Fully Automatic Crimp to Crimp Machine, has been specifically designed for Automotive and other high volume high quality applications.  With a wire drive belt system powered by A.C. Servo motors the Alpha 433 has a maximum wire draw speed of up to 10m per second whilst preventing any insulation damage or marking, even on thin wall materials.  The Alpha 433 can be configured with different process modules allowing a variety of different operations to be carried out automatically on wire up to 6mm2. Processes include Crimp, Double-crimp, Twist, Flux/tin, and Double End Seal or Double End Boot. Komax’s standard user interface software package ‘Topwin’ allows incorporates an interface to directly control their range of quality tools that prevent incorrect production.
