The next generation of competitively priced cut strip and crimp machines from Komax, the Alpha 355, has been designed for automotive, high volume, high quality, cutting, stripping, crimping and sealing applications.  This latest generation needs only produce a single crimp to automatically set-up for production.  This includes, checking ‘crimp-height’ and ‘pull force’ as well as recording the ‘crimp force signature’ automatically. In just a few seconds the machine is ready for production of the next job. With wires up to 6mm2 the new Alpha355 can Cut Strip and Crimp, Double-crimp, and Double End Seal automatically. Using Komax’s standard user interface software package, ‘Topwin’, ensures easy operation making the Alpha 355 the ultimate solution for high volume, high quality, cut, strip and crimp lead manufacturing.
