The MCI 722 Crimping Press (20kN) for the fully automatic Gamma 255 has both integrated crimp force analysis and programmable crimp shut height. This allows the Gamma 255 to process applications at the upper limit of its wire processing range. It allows different shut heights to be stored in the Gamma 255 control software ‘topwin’ and automatically down loaded to the self-adjusting press. This removes the possibility of user error when changing to jobs with different wire diameters. Ideally suited to customers who require frequent job change as well as the very highest quality standards.
