The MCI 721 Crimping Press (20kN) for fully automatic applications has both integrated crimp force analysis and programmable crimp shut height. This allows different shut heights to be stored in the automatic crimping machines control software ‘topwin’ and automatically down loaded to the self adjusting press. This removes the possibility of user error when changing to jobs with different wire diameters. Ideally suited to customers who require frequent job change as well as the very highest quality standards.
