The MCI 782 Wire Twisting Module for fully automatic applications has been designed to automatically twist the stripped end of a stranded copper wire prior to tinning. This allows the wire processing machine to then continue on to a separate tinning station to produce a high quality solder tipped wire without the possibility of any splayed strands. As the module mounts inside the processing machines press, it does not take up any additional machine base plate real-estate, and is easily exchange for normal crimp applicator tooling when required.
