To enhance and allow our range of automatic wire processing machines to be customised we offer a range of special processing stations to automate many types of operation. These can often be fitted in addition to standard crimping presses. Our range of special functions includes:

ioc 785 Tinning Module designed to be lead-free compatible and with minimised ‘dross’ generation.

MCI 761 Seal Module with interchangeable tooling for quick job changeover.

MCI 762 Seal Module designed for the Alpha455 and Zeta machines.

MCI 782 Wire Twisting Module twists the stripped end of stranded wire ready for tinning.

MCI 792 Sleeve Module for fitting individual housings over individual crimps.
