SYSMELEC designs and manufactures production units for microtechnic over-moulded products ready for use.

The most frequently automated operations with our machines are: feeding of inserts - either loose or in reel; placement of inserts into multi-cavity moulds; unloading of over-moulded products; trimming and forming of contacts; measurement and tests fpr coplanarity, force, over-moulding quality,etc.; marking with ink-jet, laser or other and final packaging in pallet or in tape.

These machines are designed according to the customer's specification. They can either be available as compact cells or as more complex assembly lines.
